The short version
This site has no newsletter and no account system. The only place you give us details is the booking calendar. We count visits anonymously, without cookies, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. That count does not wait for a choice and does not identify you. Accept turns on Google Analytics. Reject leaves it off. The booking calendar embedded on the contact page and on /fr/idvr/ also waits for Accept. The "open calendar" link on those pages works either way and takes you to the booking page.

What is collected without your consent
Two things. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request headers to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. That is server log data. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not combined with anything else.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts the visit. It does not use cookies and it does not wait for Accept. It is there to tell us that someone opened a page, not who that someone is. The beacon runs only on pinavox.com and www.pinavox.com. Preview hosts are not counted.

Google Analytics does not load until you press Accept. If you press Reject, it never loads. The calendar on the two booking pages works the same way. This site sends Google Analytics no names, email addresses or form contents. Google keeps Analytics data for 14 months. The link that opens the calendar in its own tab does not wait for Accept, because that visit happens on our booking provider's site, not here.
Booking a call
The booking calendar is run by our booking provider. On the contact page and on /fr/idvr/ the embedded calendar loads only after Accept. The "open calendar" link works without Accept and takes you to the booking page. If you book, the details you enter go to our booking provider and we use them to prepare for and hold that conversation. We do not sell or share them. The call itself is 30 minutes.
What is stored in your browser
- pv-consent: a first-party localStorage value, not a cookie. It remembers your Accept or Reject answer so we do not keep asking. It is set when you choose, and it is not a tracking identifier.
- Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*): set only after Accept. Clearing your browser storage removes them and the banner reappears.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookie. The anonymous count does not store a choice.
Changing your mind
To withdraw consent, clear this site's data in your browser. The banner comes back and you can choose Reject. Google Analytics then stops loading.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, Swiss FADP and Quebec's Law 25 you may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Ask through the contact page or LinkedIn and you will get an answer within 30 days. Because this site collects no contact details on its own, in most cases the answer is that we hold nothing beyond anonymous analytics.
Where data goes
Cloudflare and Google are United States companies and process data in the United States and elsewhere. They operate under their own transfer mechanisms, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Changes
When the site changes what it loads, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
