Editorial policy
This page explains how we write, check and update the content on pinavox.com. It is a plain description of how we work, not a legal document.
Who writes it
PINAVOX is run by one person: Stefan Badertscher, founder. Every article and page on this site is written or edited by Stefan, and he is responsible for what it says. There is no separate editorial team. About Stefan
Sources
We try to make every claim traceable.
- Numbers and results from Stefan's time at IMPACK Packaging are labeled as IMPACK results. That work took place from September 2013 to December 2023, before PINAVOX was founded in December 2023. They are not PINAVOX client results.
- PINAVOX client results are shown only when they can be documented. If we cannot document a result, we leave it out.
- When we refer to outside sources, such as published articles or books, we name them and link to them where we can.
How we use AI assistance
We use AI tools to help with drafting, including Lumisa, our AI agent (lumisa.io). AI helps us get to a first draft faster. It does not decide what we publish.
Stefan reviews and approves everything before it is published. Facts, numbers and examples are checked against our sources during that review.
Review schedule
- Articles are reviewed every 6 months.
- Core pages are reviewed every quarter.
Articles show when they were published and last reviewed. Larger changes are listed on our updates page.
Corrections
If you find an error, email info@pinavox.com. Please include the page address and what you think is wrong.
When we correct a factual error, we fix the page and add a short correction note on it with the date of the correction. Small fixes such as typos are made without a note.
