This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are managed for all purchases made via Pinavox Strategy Inc., including digital courses, 1:1 and group coaching, subscriptions, and physical book sales. By purchasing any product or service from our website https://pinavox.com, you agree to the terms detailed in this policy. Pinavox Strategy Inc. aims to provide transparent terms to protect both the business and its customers while maintaining compliance with applicable Canadian and international laws.
1. Refund Policy for Courses
All course purchases on Pinavox are non-refundable. Since these are digital products, once a course has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to provide refunds. This is to protect the intellectual property and content provided within the course. Once you gain access to a digital product, it is considered “used,” and it cannot be returned, which aligns with common legal standards for digital goods.

EU Users: While under EU consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for most purchases, this right does not apply to digital content once accessed. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Prior refunds granted do not set a precedent for future refunds.
2. Refund Policy for 1:1 Coaching, Group Coaching, and Subscriptions
2.1 Subscriptions:
Subscription services, including group coaching, are subject to a 3-day cancellation period. Cancellations must be made within this timeframe for a refund to be issued. However, each subscription and coaching service may have specific terms detailed on the product page, and those terms will take precedence. These terms may include variations in pricing, duration, or cancellation conditions.
After the 3-day cancellation window, no refunds will be issued. If you fail to attend scheduled sessions, refunds will not be granted unless the issue is from our end.
2.2 1:1 Coaching:
You may reschedule 1:1 coaching sessions at no additional cost, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to be flexible.
However, group coaching sessions cannot be rescheduled. These sessions involve multiple participants and fixed scheduling. If you are unable to attend, no refunds will be provided.
2.3 Technical Limitations:
If technical issues on our side, such as platform failures or connectivity problems, prevent you from attending a scheduled coaching session, we will offer you a refund or the option to reschedule. If the issue is on your end (e.g., internet failure, or personal technical difficulties), we cannot offer refunds.
3. Refund Policy for Books
We offer a 14-day return policy for physical book purchases. Returns are only accepted if the book arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, you are entitled to request either a replacement or a refund.
Cases in which book can’t be returned?
In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we also need to set clear guidelines on when a refund or return may not be possible. The following are circumstances under which we cannot accept returns or issue refunds:
- Late Request: Requests initiated more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accommodated.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: If the wrong shipping address is entered at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or return.
- Altered Serial Number: Products with defaced or altered serial numbers are not eligible for return or refund.
- Intentional Damage: Products that have been intentionally damaged, or otherwise destroyed, are not eligible for return.
- Free or Complimentary Products: Return or replacement requests for items that were free or complimentary are not accepted.
How long will it take for the return process to complete?
We will make sure that the return process is smooth and fast. As we receive your product for a return, we will process your return within 7 to 14 working days after a thorough inspection of your return. If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

- Provide a photo of the damaged book as proof.
- Once the return request is approved, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
DISCLAIMER: THE COMPANY HAS A DEDICATED TEAM THAT WILL CHECK THE RETURNED PRODUCTS AND THEIR DECISION ON YOUR REQUEST WILL BE FINAL TO ACCEPT OR REJECT. WE MAY REJECT THE RETURNED PRODUCT IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN WHAT WAS VISIBLE IN THE UNBOXING VIDEO OR IF FOUND THE PRODUCT IS TO BE USED OR TAMPERED WITH. IF A RETURNED PRODUCT IS REJECTED, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER, AND THE CUSTOMER MAY CHOOSE TO HAVE THE PRODUCT SHIPPED BACK TO THEM AT THEIR OWN COST.
3.2 Repeated Return Request
- We reserve the right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery if we observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns.
- We also reserve a right to make the products ineligible for return or exchange, if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns.
- The liability and risk of such returns shall be on you to establish your claim for return. replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through the conditions mentioned above. If the product fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.
3.3 Cancellation

Cancellation from our end
